Team Haim ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Team Haim coaching platform, including our website at teamhaim.com and our application at app.teamhaim.com (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who We Are

Team Haim is a personal running coaching service founded by Yehonatan (Yoni) Haim. We provide structured training plans, workout tracking, and direct coach-athlete communication.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account and contact information: name, email address, phone number, and information you submit when applying for coaching.
• Training and performance data: workouts, training plans, pace, distance, heart rate, elevation, and related fitness metrics.
• Third-party fitness data: when you connect a Garmin Connect or Strava account, we receive activity data (e.g. completed runs, GPS routes, heart rate, pace) that you authorize those services to share with us.
• Communications: messages exchanged between you and your coach through the app.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Build and adjust your personalized training plan
• Push structured workouts to your connected Garmin device
• Receive and display your completed activity data
• Allow direct communication between you and your coach
• Track your progress over time (pace, volume, consistency)
• Improve and maintain the Service

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your fitness data for advertising purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with the following third-party platforms, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Garmin Connect: used to push structured workouts to your device and receive completed activity data, with your explicit authorization via OAuth.
• Strava: used to automatically sync completed activities, with your explicit authorization.

You control what data these services share with us, and you can revoke that access at any time directly through your Garmin Connect or Strava account settings.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal or fitness data with third parties except:

• With your coach, as the core function of the Service
• With service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. hosting providers), under confidentiality obligations
• When required by law

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal and training data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent to data sharing (including disconnecting Garmin or Strava)
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

8. Data Security
