These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Team Haim website (teamhaim.com), application (app.teamhaim.com), and coaching services (together, the "Service"), operated by Yehonatan (Yoni) Haim, doing business as Team Haim ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Team Haim provides personalized running coaching, including structured training plans, workout delivery to compatible Garmin devices, activity tracking, and direct communication with your coach.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Running and structured training carry inherent physical risk, including but not limited to injury, overtraining, and cardiovascular strain. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
The Service integrates with Garmin Connect and Strava to deliver workouts and receive activity data. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Training plans are personalized based on the information you provide. The accuracy and safety of your plan depends on you providing complete and honest information about your training history, health, and circumstances.
Where applicable, coaching fees, billing terms, and cancellation policies will be communicated to you directly before you begin paid coaching. Continued use of paid features constitutes agreement to those terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service in a way that could harm us, other users, or third-party integrations.
All content, branding, and materials provided through the Service, including training methodologies and app design, are the property of Team Haim and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team Haim's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law applicable to you.
